1. Information We Collect
We collect fleet telematics data including GPS location, vehicle diagnostics, fuel levels, temperature readings, and video footage from connected devices. We also collect account information such as name, email, company details, and billing information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Fleet data is used solely to provide telematics services, generate reports, send alerts, and improve platform functionality. We do not sell personal or fleet data to third parties.
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified with regular security audits and penetration testing.
4. Data Retention
GPS and telematics data is retained per your subscription plan (30–365 days). Video footage is retained for 90 days unless otherwise configured. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months.
